Officers from Jharkhand/ Chhattisgarh/NE/ J&K/ HP/ Rajasthan etc are requested forward this notification with communication to all officers in their circle on email and also SMS. Each & every officers of ever Circle is requested to ensure representation of their circle at any cost and at any rate. They are also requested to contribute as maxumun as possible by way of subscription quota, donation and advertisements for proposed Souvenir.
