They may get their tickets for Meerut Cantt. Railway Station or for Delhi/New/Delhi . From Delhi/New-Delhi there are so many direct trains and buses for Meerut. This communication is being sent over fax and by post to all including who have not their e-mail ID . Fron 13th Mar.09 evening to 14th march 09 all will be received either at Meerut Cantt. In continuation of notification No even dated 5th Dec,2008 followed by dated 24th Dec,2008 and under the provision of the Constitution of this Association ,it is here by notified that next CWC of the Central HQ will be held on 14th&15th March,2009 at Meerut in Inspection Quarter situated in Meerut Cantt. HO . Following items of Agenda are listed for discussion and decision thereon for the betterment of the cadre:-
1- Confirmation of minutes of last CWC held at Varansi on 20thJune 2008.
2- Review of Financial Position of the Organisation
3- Review of Organising Activities
4- Debate on 6th CPC –consideration over suggested course of action for getting rectification in pay band/grade pay etc.
5- Venue and proposed schedule for next CWC and All India Conference
6- Debate on non-holding of DPC timely by the Directorate resulting in prolong adhoc arrangements
7- Debate on Special allowance or HQ allowance to the JTS/PS Group B officers working in Directorate , circles and Regional HQ.
8- Any other item with the permission of Chair.
The meeting will start at 11.00 AM on 14th MARCH 09 and continue till finalisation of agenda.
