8-2-18 and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting vide letter no F.
No.515/63/2016-BA(E) vide which benefit of Grade pay of Rs. 5400/- in PB-II on
non functional basis after completing 4 years of regular service in the grade
pay of Rs.4800/- in PB-II has been extended to all similar placed officers in
their department after having approval of Department of
Expenditure, MOF as conveyed vide UO NO. 22(4)/E.III.B dated 10.11.2017. Our
department is not extending the benefit to similar placed officers. We have
decided to take legal remedy for our officers. Please comment what should our
course of action in this regard as It will require funds to file case.

We can demand nfsg to gp 5400 in pb-3 (level 10) after completion of 4 yrs regular service in Spo cadre.
We have to file case in cat demanding for fixation of pay in pay matrix 10. If common oa filed it benefits all members and we have to contribute liberally
What is our Dept 's stand in this issue? Before getting our deptl orders how can we seek legal remedy?
I want to file CAT demanding for fixation of pay matrix 10 due to below reason. I got 2nd MACP as asp on 27 6 2006in gp 4800 and 3rd MACP on 16.8.11 IN GP 4800and got ad hoc group B since 6.12.13 to 16.3.15 in GP 48oo and got regular Group B in ģp 48oo since 17.3.15 to retirement on 31.12.17.if common OA is filed it benefits all members and we have to contribute liberally
