Today myself General Secretary POA(I), Dy. GS Smt. Anjana M and Shri Gurmindar Sir attended periodical meeting chaired by DG(Posts). Member(P), DDG(P), DDG(Estt.), DDG(Training),Director Staff and other senior officers were also present in the meeting.I strongly placed the case of non finalization of Seniority list and abnormal delay in conducting JTS DPC and requested for earliest action finalization of seniority list and also to conduct the DPC for JTS promotion. Dte side replied that today i.e 20.10.2023 they will finalize the DPC for adhoc JTS for 100+ posts there after they will send the file for approval to Minster office. They also assured that after finalising Seniority list they will ensure regular DPC by December.
Our third agenda was to provide vehicle to SSRM/SRM and to CPMs. DG(Post) Sir was positive for providing vehicle to SSRM and SRM. He instructed to examine and process the file.
Proposal for cadre restructuring of Group B cadre was handed over to DG(Posts) Sir in presence of all senior officer.
Following issues were also also discussed during the meeting: Recruitment Rule of PS Group B, Revision of Financial Power of Divisional Heads, Changing of Designation and for financial as well as administrative power of newly created Group B posts, Revision of Inspection Questionnaire and APAR through SPARROW
